Stoffbeschr\u00e4nkungen und Zulassungsverfahren, der Lieferkettenkommunikation, neuen Anforderungen zur Einstufung und Kennzeichnung aber auch angesichts \u00fcbergreifender Initiativen der Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit des Industriestandorts Europa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vci.de\/presse\/pressemitteilungen\/stopp-der-reach-revision.jsp\">fordert zugleich jedoch weitere Schritte zum Abbau regulatorischer Belastungen<\/a><\/p><p>Bereits zu Beginn dieses Jahres haben wir auf der Chem-Academy-Konferenz f\u00fcr Produktsicherheit er\u00f6rtert, wie <strong>Verbesserungen <\/strong>m\u00f6glich sind, <strong>ohne den Gesetzestext neu zu verhandeln<\/strong> \u2013 und zwar durch praktische Ans\u00e4tze wie einen intensiveren Dialog mit den Beh\u00f6rden, eine st\u00e4rkere Ber\u00fccksichtigung wissenschaftlicher Expertise sowie konkrete Vereinfachungen bei der Aktualisierung von Dossiers und eine geringere H\u00e4ufigkeit von Aktualisierungen der IT-Systeme (REACH-IT, IUCLID-Updates).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
