Ana hat ihre Eindr\u00fccke und wichtigsten Erkenntnisse f\u00fcr euch zusammengefasst \u2013 von fachlichen Highlights rund um CLP, GHS und Sicherheitsdatenbl\u00e4tter bis hin zu den Momenten, die das Seminar auch menschlich zu einem echten Gewinn gemacht haben.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-99355ec nd-elementor-section-full elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"99355ec\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-fcb97ff\" data-id=\"fcb97ff\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fa3ca1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5fa3ca1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u201eBesonders gefallen hat mir die kleine Gruppe der Teilnehmenden vor Ort. Dadurch entstand sehr schnell eine offene und vertraute Atmosph\u00e4re, und schon nach kurzer Zeit f\u00fchlte sich die Runde eingespielt an.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31935ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"31935ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-xl\">Fachliche Schwerpunkte am ersten Tag<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf0cea4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cf0cea4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Im Mittelpunkt standen die Themen CLP, GHS und Transport. Besonders im Ged\u00e4chtnis bleibt die humorvolle Erkenntnis, dass der Name \u201ePartial Globally Harmonised System\u201c f\u00fcr das GHS manchmal fast passender w\u00e4re als \u201eGlobally Harmonised System\u201c.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b97c7e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b97c7e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Behandelt wurden unter anderem folgende Themen:<\/p><ul><li>Aktueller Sachstand zum UN GHS<\/li><li>Gefahrenkommunikation im Sicherheitsdatenblatt (SDS)<\/li><li>\u00dcbergangsfristen im Gefahrgutrecht<\/li><li>Verschiedene nationale Vorschriften<\/li><li>Welche Gefahren f\u00fcr den Transport relevant sind<\/li><li>Anwendungsbereiche von Kennzeichnungs- und Verpackungsvorschriften<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1bc1c07 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1bc1c07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nach dem ersten Seminartag nutzten wir die letzten Sonnenstrahlen f\u00fcr eine Runde um den Aachener Weiher und lie\u00dfen den Abend dann bei einem gemeinsamen Getr\u00e4nk ausklingen. Gerade dieser praxisnahe Teil brachte viele hilfreiche Erkenntnisse und kl\u00e4rte einige typische Fragen, die im Arbeitsalltag immer wieder auftauchen, zum Beispiel:<\/p><ul><li>Was muss in Abschnitt 15 zwingend aufgef\u00fchrt werden und was ist optional?<\/li><li>Bedeutet \u201eMP\u201c in den USA dasselbe wie in Deutschland?<\/li><li>M\u00fcssen \u00c4nderungen im Sicherheitsdatenblatt sichtbar gekennzeichnet werden?<\/li><li>Wenn ein Produkt au\u00dferhalb der EU getestet wird, d\u00fcrfen die Ergebnisse hier verwendet werden?<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84007f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"84007f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Diese und viele weitere Fragen wurden ausf\u00fchrlich diskutiert und beantwortet \u2013 und sorgen so vielleicht daf\u00fcr, dass sich das Karussell der Gedanken nachts nicht mehr um diese Themen dreht.<\/p><p>Als das Seminar schlie\u00dflich zu Ende ging, waren wir fast ein wenig traurig, die neu gewonnenen Bekanntschaften mit einem \u201eBis zum n\u00e4chsten Mal\u201c zu verabschieden. Insgesamt war es eine sehr gelungene Mischung aus fachlichem Input, Austausch und einer wirklich angenehmen Atmosph\u00e4re.\u201c<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
