Jahrestagung der Chem-Academy f\u00fcr Produktsicherheit in der chemischen Industrie\"<\/h1>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80d1ff8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80d1ff8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es war wieder ein gelungener Auftakt ins neue Jahr: die Tagung zur \u201eProduktsicherheit in der chemischen Industrie\u201c in Bonn. Die Referenten aus Industrie und Beh\u00f6rden schlugen zahlreiche Schneisen durch den Dschungel der nationalen und europ\u00e4ischen Regulatorik und stellten hilfreiche \u201eWegweiser\u201c auf.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0934b25 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0934b25\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-c0d4f68 ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-1472337-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var(--nd-global-font-size-tel-30); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-1472337-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-1472337-letter-spacing ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-1472337-word-spacing );\">Eins wurde in den intensiven Diskussionen immer wieder deutlich: die Produktsicherheit ist letztlich immer betroffen. Unmittelbar nat\u00fcrlich durch die REACH-Revision, f\u00fcr die die EU-Kommission ihren Vorschlag nun voraussichtlich in Q3\/Q4 2023 vorlegen wird. Ausgehend vom rechtlichen Rahmen und den spezifischen Anforderungen an die Product Compliance, stellte Markus exemplarisch die verf\u00fcgbaren Handreichungen vor (z.B. von BAFA und Chemie3) und benannte schlie\u00dflich Ansatzpunkte f\u00fcr eine m\u00f6gliche digitale Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89f8a70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"89f8a70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Geeignete L\u00f6sungen liefert hier beispielsweise SAP mit seiner S\/4HANA Plattform f\u00fcr Product Compliance, die um die Module \u201eProduct Carbon Footprint\u201c und \u201eResponsible Design &amp; Production\u201c sowie den \u201eSAP Sustainability Control Tower\u201c erweitert wurde.
